  • 8 at Trinity accepts credit cards or EFTPOS only, cash is not accepted.
  • A maximum of two credit cards accepted per table.
  • Bookings: please book via reservations button.
  • Covid-19 Policy: 8 at Trinity are following the rules of NSW Health. As the rules change 8 at Trinity will continue to adapt to follow the laws and health orders of NSW Government.
  • Confirmation Policy: Credit card details will be required for all reservations to secure your booking. No charges will be made except in the event of no-shows where $30 per person will be charged.
  • Cancellation Policy: The final number of guests must be confirmed not less than 48 hours prior to the reservation date. In the event that you fail to show up, the guest numbers reduce from the date of confirmation or if you arrive with less guests, you will be charged a $30 per person cancellation fee.
  • A discretionary 8% service charge is applied to all tables of 12 or more guests as a gratuity paid directly to our staff (Monday – Saturday).
  • All reservations have a time allocation of 2 hours at the tables. If you wish to have a little extra time we recommend booking a table for our second sitting rather than the first sitting. We have outlined the dining durations below:
    • 1st lunch sitting: 11:30am, 11:45am, 12 noon or 12:15pm (maximum 2hr time limit)
    • 2nd lunch sitting: 2pm, 2:15pm or 2:30pm (tables must be vacated at 4:45pm for dinner set up)
    • 1st dinner sitting: 5:30pm, 5:45pm, 6pm or 6:15pm (maximum 2hr time limit)
    • 2nd dinner sitting: 8pm, 8:15pm or 8:30pm (can stay until closing time)
  • Late Reservations: Due to limited seating and availability, we kindly ask that patrons are punctual to their sitting and leave promptly at the designated end time out of courtesy for other patrons. Bookings will only be held for 15 minutes from your reserved time. Please advise us if you will be late.
  • All groups above 12 guests are required to be on a set menu. Please use the Group Booking Enquiry form above to enquire about your event.

  • Our reservations system will not allow online reservations in excess of 12 guests.

SPLIT ORDERS:

  • If your order contains multiple items, it’s possible that they may be dispatched from different locations. In such cases, your order will be divided into multiple shipments, each with its own tracking number. You will receive email notifications with the details of each new shipment whenever your order is split. Please note that there won’t be any extra shipping charges for split orders.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

  • When you opt for the checkbox “Tick this box if you agree that our driver can leave the delivery if you are out” at checkout, you’re granting permission for your package to be delivered and left at your designated shipping address without the need for your signature (“ATL delivery”). It’s important to understand that the sole accepted confirmation of delivery for proof of receipt will come directly from the delivery driver. Please note that items delivered via ATL delivery won’t be replaced or refunded unless mandated by law in the event you don’t receive them.

IF YOUR ADDRESS IS UNATTENDED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY…

  • For Standard Delivery, if you haven’t authorised to leave, your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection within 7 business days, after which it will be sent back to the sender.
  • Although we strive to deliver goods to your specified address within the indicated time frames, we can’t guarantee delivery times, especially during busy promotional and sale periods. Order dispatches might be delayed due to increased volume. Additionally, dispatch of orders may also be delayed if payment or address information needs verification or correction before dispatch.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Upon completion of your online purchase, you’ll receive an email confirming your order and including delivery information. Additionally, we’ll furnish you with a link enabling you to monitor the status of your delivery at your convenience.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  • 8 at Trinity does not offer international delivery as this stage.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

  • At 8 at Trinity, we prioritise the utmost satisfaction of our patrons. Hence, we kindly request you to inspect all received products within a span of 7 days from their delivery to ensure they meet your expectations. Should you encounter any breakage or damage, please notify us promptly. Please note we must see a photo of the damaged items in order to discuss an exchange or refund.
  • In the unfortunate event of receiving an unsatisfactory product, we accept returns of unused items within 7 business days for domestic returns from the date of purchase. It is imperative that all returned items are in their original condition.
  • Please be informed that we do not facilitate exchanges or refunds for a change of mind. Moreover, it is essential to note that sale items are exempt from exchanges or refunds. Prior to making a purchase, we urge our valued customers to thoroughly consider any disclaimers associated with sale listings, as these may elucidate the reasons behind the discounted price.
  • We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our Returns and Exchanges Policy at 8 at Trinity. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our team.

CHANGING OR UPDATING ORDERS

  • Regrettably, we’re unable to modify any aspects of your online order once it’s been submitted due to system limitations. This encompasses changes to the address, order cancellation, and adjustments to the delivery service.
  • If an incorrect delivery address has been supplied, please promptly get in touch with our team. They will endeavour to arrange redirection with Sendle after your order has been dispatched.
  • However, please be aware that redirections aren’t assured, and your order might still be delivered to the initially provided address. 8 at Trinity is unable to refund or replace orders for unsuccessful redirection attempts.

RETURNS

  • Kindly allow up to 10 business days from the date your parcel is received at our venue for your return to undergo processing and for your account to be reimbursed.
  • Upon completion of the return process, you will receive notification via the email address associated with your original online order.
    Please note that slight delays in return processing may occur during periods of high sales and promotions due to increased volumes.
  • Dietaries: Gluten Free (gf) – Vegetarian (v) – Vegan (vegan) – Dairy Free (df) Our menu contains allergens and is prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, shellfish, and gluten. Whilst all reasonable efforts are taken to accommodate guest dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that our food will be allergen free. We regret to inform customers with severe gluten sensitivity, such as coeliacs that we cannot guarantee a gluten-free environment due to potential cross-contamination.
  • Seafood: All seafood menu items including the seafood platter are available until sold out daily.
  • Signature Cake: Did you know 8 at Trinity can prepare a Bombe Alaska or Vanilla Cheesecake for special occasions? Contact us for details. In-house cakes require a minimum of 48 hours notice and prepayment.
  • Cakeage: 8 at Trinity does not allow for guests to bring your own cake, mini cakes or cupcakes to the restaurant. Please refer to our dessert menu or signature cakes for our sweet options.
  • License: We are fully licensed and do not allow BYO.
  • Sunday Trading: Our liquor license is subject to license conditions. One of those conditions is that the consumption of alcohol is prohibited from 10pm on Sundays. This effectively means, no alcohol can be consumed by guests from 10pm – alcohol will be removed from tables at 10pm.
  • Payments: Credit card or EFTPOS only, cash not accepted. A maximum of two credit cards accepted per table.
  • Surcharges: A surcharge of 10% on Sundays & 15% on public holidays applies. Card Payment Fees: Savings/Cheque – 0%. Mastercard, Visa, Pay Pass/Wave, Amex – 1.5%

Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant, on the dining decks of the restaurant or on the artificial grassed areas in front of the restaurant.

    Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd shall have the right at any time to change or modify the terms and conditions applicable to User’s use of www.8attrinitypoint.com.au, or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, including, but not limited to, adding fees and charges for use.     Through its Web property, Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd provides User with access to a variety of resources, including download areas, communication forums and product information (collectively “Services”). The Services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new Web properties, are subject to the TOU.

    User shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware, software and other equipment needed for access to and use of www.8attrinitypoint.com.au and all charges related thereto.
  5. USER CONDUCT
    • A. User shall use www.8attrinitypoint.com.au for lawful purposes only. Any conduct by a User that in Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd’s discretion restricts or inhibits any other User from using or enjoying www.8attrinitypoint.com.au will not be permitted. User shall not use www.8attrinitypoint.com.au to advertise or perform any commercial solicitation, including, but not limited to, the solicitation of users to become subscribers of other on-line information services competitive with Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd.
    • B. www.8attrinitypoint.com.au contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information, including, but not limited to, text, software, photos, video, graphics, music and sound, and the entire contents of www.8attrinitypoint.com.au are copyrighted as a collective work under the Australian copyright laws. Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, as well as in the content original to it. User may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit, any of the content, in whole or in part. User may download copyrighted material for User’s personal use only. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without the express permission of Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd and the copyright owner.     • D. The foregoing provisions of Section 5 are for the benefit of Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates and its third party content providers and licensors and each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf.

    The Services may contain email services, bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, photo albums, file cabinets and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable User to communicate with others (each a “Communication Service” and collectively “Communication Services”). User agrees to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and, when applicable, related to the particular Communication Service. Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as it deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd’s sole discretion.
      Materials uploaded to the Communication Services may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination; User is responsible for adhering to such limitations if User downloads the materials.
      Always use caution when giving out any personally identifiable information in any Communication Services. Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Services and, therefore, Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from User’s participation in any Communication Services. Managers and hosts are not authorized Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd.
  7. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY
    If any of the Services requires User to open an account, User must complete the registration process by providing Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. User also will choose a password and a user name. User is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of User’s password and account. Furthermore, User is entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under User’s account. User agrees to notify Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd immediately of any unauthorized use of User’s account or any other breach of security. Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss that User may incur as a result of someone else using User’s password or account, either with or without User’s knowledge. However, User could be held liable for losses incurred by Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd or another party due to someone else using User’s account or password. User may not use anyone else’s account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.
  8. NOTICE SPECIFIC TO SOFTWARE AVAILABLE ON THIS WEBSITE
    Any software that is made available to download from the Services (“Software”) is the copyrighted work of Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd and/or its suppliers. Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software (“License Agreement”). An end user will be unable to install any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement, unless he or she first agrees to the License Agreement terms.
    The Software is made available for download solely for use by end users according to the License Agreement. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software not in accordance with the License Agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.
    Without limiting the foregoing, copying or reproduction of the software to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is expressly prohibited, unless such reproduction or redistribution is expressly permitted by the license agreement accompanying such software. The software is warranted, if at all, only according to the terms of the license agreement. Except as warranted in the license agreement, Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the software, including all warranties and conditions of merchantability, whether express, implied or statutory, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
    For your convenience, Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd may make available as part of the services or in its software products, tools and utilities for use and/or download. Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd does not make any assurances with regard to the accuracy of the results or output that derives from such use of any such tools and utilities. Please respect the intellectual property rights of others when using the tools and utilities made available on the services.

    Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd does not claim ownership of the materials User provide to Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any Services or its associated services for review by the general public, or by the members of any public or private community, (each a “Submission” and collectively “Submissions”). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting (“Posting”) User’s Submission User is granting Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd, its affiliated companies and necessary sublicensees permission to use User’s Submission in connection with the operation of their businesses (including, without limitation, all Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd Services), including, without limitation, the license rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat User’s Submission; to publish User’s name in connection with User’s Submission; and the right to sublicense such rights to any supplier of the Services.
    No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of User’s Submission, as provided herein. Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd is under no obligation to post or use any Submission a User may provide and Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd may remove any Submission at any time in its sole discretion. By Posting a Submission User warrants and represents to own or otherwise control all of the rights to User’s Submission as described in these Terms of Use including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for User to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.
    In addition to the warranty and representation set forth above, by Posting a Submission that contain images, photographs, pictures or that are otherwise graphical in whole or in part (“Images”), User warrant and represent that (a) User is the copyright owner of such Images, or that the copyright owner of such Images has granted User permission to use such Images or any content and/or images contained in such Images consistent with the manner and purpose of User’s use and as otherwise permitted by these Terms of Use and the Services, (b) User have the rights necessary to grant the licenses and sublicenses described in these Terms of Use, and (c) that each person depicted in such Images, if any, has provided consent to the use of the Images as set forth in these Terms of Use, including, by way of example, and not as a limitation, the distribution, public display and reproduction of such Images. By Posting Images, User is granting (a) to all members of User’s private community (for each such Images available to members of such private community), and/or (b) to the general public (for each such Images available anywhere on the Services, other than a private community), permission to use User’s Images in connection with the use, as permitted by these Terms of Use, of any of the Services, (including, by way of example, and not as a limitation, making prints and gift items which include such Images), and including, without limitation, a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free license to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat User’s Images without having User’s name attached to such Images, and the right to sublicense such rights to any supplier of the Services. The licenses granted in the preceding sentences for a Images will terminate at the time User completely remove such Images from the Services, provided that, such termination shall not affect any licenses granted in connection with such Images prior to the time User completely remove such Images. No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of User’s Images.
  12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    • A. User expressly agrees that use of www.8attrinitypoint.com.au is at user’s sole risk. Neither Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd, its affiliates nor any of their respective employees, agents, third party content providers or licensors warrant that www.8attrinitypoint.com.au will be uninterrupted or error free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of www.8attrinitypoint.com.au, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided through www.8attrinitypoint.com.au.
    • B. Www.8attrinitypoint.com.au is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the laws applicable to this agreement.
    • C. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortious behaviour, negligence, or under any other cause of action. User specifically acknowledges that Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other users or third-parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with user.
    • D. In no event will Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd, or any person or entity involved in creating, producing or distributing www.8attrinitypoint.com.au or the Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd software, be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use www.8attrinitypoint.com.au. User hereby acknowledges that the provisions of this section shall apply to all content on the site.
    • E. In addition to the terms set forth above neither, Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd, nor its affiliates, information providers or content partners shall be liable regardless of the cause or duration, for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or other defects in, or untimeliness or unauthenticity of, the information contained within www.8attrinitypoint.com.au, or for any delay or interruption in the transmission thereof to the user, or for any claims or losses arising therefrom or occasioned thereby. Force majeure – neither party will be responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of god, war, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, service outages resulting from equipment and/or software failure and/or telecommunications failures, power failures, network failures, failures of third party service providers (including providers of internet services and telecommunications). The party affected by any such event shall notify the other party within a maximum of fifteen (15) days from its occurrence. The performance of this agreement shall then be suspended for as long as any such event shall prevent the affected party from performing its obligations under this agreement.

Please do not send any original creative artwork, samples, demos, or other works. Without limiting the foregoing, Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd shall have the right to remove any material that Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd, in its sole discretion, finds to be in violation of the provisions hereof or otherwise objectionable.
  16. INDEMNIFICATION
    User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of the use of Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd by User or User’s Account.
  17. TERMINATION
    Either Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd or User may terminate this Agreement at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd shall have the right to immediately terminate User’s Account in the event of any conduct by User which Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by User of this Agreement.
  18. MISCELLANEOUS
    This Agreement and any operating rules for www.8attrinitypoint.com.au established by Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. The agreement shall not be modified, except in writing, signed by both parties. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the New South Wales of Australia exclusive of its choice of law principles. The NSW courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, and each party hereby consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
    No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. The section headings used herein are for convenience only and shall not be given any legal importance.
  19. COPYRIGHT NOTICE
    Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd warrants its logos are trademarks of Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd Ltd. All rights reserved. All other trademarks appearing on Trinity Point8 F&B Pty Ltd are the property of their respective owners.

  • Bookings: Bookings: please book via “BOOK A TABLE” button. For bookings of more than 11 guests complete the group bookings enquiry form.
  • Covid-19 Policy: 8 at Trinity are following the rules of NSW Health. As the rules change 8 at Trinity will continue to adapt to follow the laws and health orders of NSW Government.
  • Confirmation Policy: Credit card details will be required for all reservations to secure your booking. No charges will be made except in the event of no-shows where $30 per person will be charged.
  • Cancellation Policy: The final number of guests must be confirmed not less than 48 hours prior to the reservation date. In the event that you fail to show up, the guest numbers reduce from the date of confirmation or if you arrive with less guests, you will be charged a $30 per person cancellation fee.
  • A discretionary 8% service charge is applied to all tables of 12 or more guests as a gratuity paid directly to our staff (Monday – Saturday).
  • All reservations have a time allocation of 2 hours at the tables. If you wish to have a little extra time we recommend booking a table for our second sitting rather than the first sitting. We have outlined the dining durations below:
    • 1st lunch sitting: 11:30am, 11:45am, 12 noon or 12:15pm (maximum 2hr time limit)
    • 2nd lunch sitting: 2pm, 2:15pm or 2:30pm (tables must be vacated at 4:45pm for dinner set up)
    • 1st dinner sitting: 5:30pm, 5:45pm, 6pm or 6:15pm (maximum 2hr time limit)
    • 2nd dinner sitting: 8pm, 8:15pm or 8:30pm (can stay until closing time)
  • Late Reservations: Due to limited seating and availability, we kindly ask that patrons are punctual to their sitting and leave promptly at the designated end time out of courtesy for other patrons. Bookings will only be held for 15 minutes from your reserved time. Please advise us if you will be late.
  • All groups above 11 guests are required to be on a set menu. Please use the Group Booking Enquiry form above to enquire about your event.

  • Our reservations system will not allow online reservations in excess of 11 guests.
