Last year’s New Year’s Eve Dinner at 8 at Trinity Restaurant was an absolute success, with guests transported back to the roaring twenties with a Great Gatsby themed dinner. From the gold-dressed performers to the live jazz music from the renowned James Morrison, every detail of the event was carefully crafted to provide an unforgettable experience.
The restaurant is located on the picturesque Lake Macquarie, providing a stunning backdrop for the evening’s festivities. The private fireworks display over the lake was a highlight of the night, leaving guests in awe as they enjoyed the display with their loved ones from their seats in the restaurant.
